Rylan enjoys an oolong tea called "Frozen Summit". Oolongs are served in a small teapot with a cup and sniffer alongside on a porcelain tray. The tea is first poured into the sniffer, then lidded with the cup. A gentle shake and a tip upside down transfers the tea to the cup. The sniffer is then smelled for full aroma of this delicious and delicate tea.
According to the Tao of Tea website, "Frozen Summit" has a complex roasted, floral aroma with a full taste and balanced sweetness and astringency. Rylan said it was delicious!
