Fun Fish

Lemon juice, olive oil, basil, saffron, white wine, fresh tomatoes -- I love splashing and sprinkling ingredients over fish with nary a recipe in sight.


After twenty or so minutes in the oven, my fish improvisations generally come out divinely.
