As you can imagine, I have a lot of cookbooks. Usually I use them as the mood strikes me, but I often cook without recipes. Sometimes, though, I take a cookbook off the shelf and decide to use it as much as possible for a month. This month I'm going to be working with

Marabout. Yesterday's recipe for pasta with artichoke hearts and fennel was a big hit, but a bit rich. I'll tell you more at the end of the month!
