Back by popular demand, AFTH is a gallery and school of art open house featuring Valentine's Day themed workshops and activities. Guests will be able to view the gallery and create valentines in mini workshops (no preregistration required) or purchase already made valentines for their loved one. Mini valentines workshops will be offered by guest artists: Sandra Bacon, Rita Grendze, Holly Duffin as well as Water Street Studios resident artists. Some featured activities include Accordion Books, Mixed Media Miniatures, and Cigar Box Valentine's. The WSS school of art will host a "free" make your own valentine card activity n one of the classrooms. The open house caters to all ages and is a great family activity. Musical entertainment will be provided by a string quartet composed of Jordan Chua (violin & piano), Joseph Ziegler (viola), Rex Meyer (cello) and Jonathan Wharton (cello). Sweet Sentiments will include a chocolate fountain and a tea tasting hosted by Teaquillibrium balanced infusions, naturally whole leaf, micro-blended and hand packed teas.
