Once again that evil forum known as TeaChat (those folks are a bunch of enablers) has taken the contents of my wallet. I’m still on a bit of a hagi kick as evidenced by my most recent acquisition. It is a kensui, a waste water bowl used in Japanese tea ceremonies. I really fell for the coloring, especially the spots on the inside and the ribbed texture on the outside. This will definitely come in handy, especially since my trusty tea table has finally sprung a leak. I completely soaked the couch during my last gong fu session. I think that part of my tax refund may be put towards a fancy new one, this time with a removable plastic tray.
