Chicken Crumble Pie

What should a French cook do with a few cups -- no, a few hundred grams -- of leftover chicken? I would say learn how to speak English so he or she can consult the Betty Crocker cookbook. I was stuck with a very small quantity of chicken after Christmas, and decided to turn to Betty (I have the 1978 edition) for an idea.

There it was -- Chicken Pot Pie! This is the type of American recipe that will please any French adult or child. I improved upon it a little by adding a "crumble" style topping -- all the rage in France -- made of flour, butter and walnuts. Voilà!
