Chateau Soucherie wine is done by a family who loves what they do.
In the property we visited, they make Red Anjou with Cabernet grapes, Coteau de Layon with Chenin grapes, and they have a land parcel in Savennieres, very near Layon, so they also produce Savennieres wine (dry, white).
Here a view of their "Chais", where wine is stored on oak barrels, and their cellar, where bottles are stored - and where wine is sold.
The Layon coteaux landscape is so peaceful from their house!
