Laura's Asian Shrimps

If you love seafood and you have a wok, try this easy tasty and healthy recipe!
You need the following ingredients:
1 lb of raw shrimps (medium)
5 fresh white onions (small)
the leaves of the onions or a little bunch of spring onions
1 green bell pepper
2 Tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
2 Tbsp of Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper
Sea salt to taste
4 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Tsp of sesame oil
Chop the ingredients as shown in the picture. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil the the wok, when it's hot, add the bell pepper and the onions and let fry a few minutes (do not let brown). Put the vegetables aside (some woks have a grid like the picture shows) , add two more Tbsp of oil and add the shrimps and the Sichuan pepper. Stir constantly so that they cook evenly. They become coral color as they cook. Let cook until they're all coral. It takes only a few minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK, otherwise they become chewy!! Then add the chopped onions leaves (or spring onions). Let fry 1-2 minutes. Add the soy sauce, sea salt, (add ground pepper if you omitted Sichuan pepper) to taste. Turn the heat off and add the sesame oil. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately with boiled rice.
