Early in the morning I went to the market and saw some red tuna fish that looked great. I decided to cook for lunch a Tuna tart and a salad.
I also needed green peppers and onions, so I went to see the local farmer where I buy most of the produce I use in mykitchen. I chose Cevennes onions (sweeter that the regular ones) and two beautiful green bell peppers.
He has such great products! I am going to introduce him to you all!

By the way, simple does not mean asutere and we are having a glass of white wine that we bought last weekend near Cheverny (famous Chateau).
