Revue de presse culinaire 4: February 2006

The January/February issue of Elle à Table promises us le Meilleur de l'Hiver, or the best of winter. Crêpes, cheese soufflé, winter vegetables and beef dishes are all on the magazine's menu, as well as the usual cooking with the stars. I flip through the latter section, finding it hard to believe that Gérard Jugnot spends that much time in the kitchen. But the magazine does make me want to cook, and presents a wide variety of recipes ranging from traditional favorites (tarte Tatin, caramel flan) to elaborate, imaginative fare. In the "I don't think I'll try it" category, we can note Reblochon cheese lollipops!
