For the curious chocolate lover, here's what inside an Easter egg! Little sugar eggs, in different colors, chocolate "friture" (small chocolate fish), and small Easter eggs!
The picture above shows the small chocolate fish. Tiny fresh water fish are floured and fried, a preparation called "friture". I have had some delicious "friture" in small restaurants on the banks of Lake Annecy. This is a different "friture", as it is made of chocolate - and delicious too.
