The ENOLOGY course I have enrolled for takes place in the prestigious ancient Palace of the Queen of Sicily, built at the end of the 14C!
The Queen of Sicily was Yolande d'Aragon, who lived and died in this mansion. The building houses the Saumur site of the University of Angers.
