Spring in the Minervois
Every year the wineries and wine makers in the Mivervois celebrate the coming of spring by opening their cellars and estates to host wine tastings, meals, concerts and activities.
This year more than 60 vignerons will participate in the Printemps du Minervois beginning Thursday, May 17 and continuing through Sunday, May 20.
